7Panel Terms of Use

サービスを使用する前に、利用規約をよくお読みください。これらの規約は、7Panelサービスの使用に関する重要な条項を含んでおり、すべての請求を法的拘束力のある仲裁で解決することを要求する仲裁条項が含まれています。7Panelサービスを使用することにより、あなたは以下を認め、同意したものとみなされます：
1- ソーシャルメディアマーケティングおよびその派生サービスに関連するリスクについて認識していること；
2- 7Panelサービスおよびデジタルマーケティング取引およびその派生サービスの使用に関連するすべてのリスクを負うこと；
3- 7Panelはこれらのリスクまたは悪影響について責任を負いません。
7Panelサービスをいかなる形で使用または試みることで、これらの利用規約を受け入れ、同意したものとみなされます。もし同意しない場合は、7Panelにアクセスしたり、7Panelサービスを使用したりしないでください。

Terms of Services

複数のサービスから1つのリンクに対して注文を登録しようとしている場合は、追跡可能なプライベートリンクで注文を行ってください（そうしない場合、7Panelは注文の追跡に責任を負いません）。

間違ったリンクやフォーマットで入力した場合、注文は自動的に完了状態になります。請求された金額は残高に戻されません。

Don't place another order (on this platform or other websites) while you have an open order on a specific link. In this case, it is not possible to follow up when a problem occurs.

選択したサービスにキャンセルボタンがある場合、またはそのサービスの説明にこの機能が存在する場合、注文のキャンセルをリクエストできます。
サービス説明に記載された時間内に注文が完了しない場合、チケットを通じてキャンセルおよび返金をリクエストできます。なお、チャンネル更新通知はサービスの説明の一部です。この場合、実行された金額は請求額から差し引かれ、残りは残高に返金されます。注文完了前にリクエストを登録する必要があります。
注文が誤って行われ、受け取ったサービスの仕様が選択したサービスと異なる場合、キャンセルと返金をリクエストできます。実行速度、開始時間、ドロップ率はこれらの仕様に含まれません。
注文のサポートリクエストが24時間以上回答されない場合、注文をキャンセルし、請求金額を残高に返金するようリクエストできます。
注文を行ったリンクが間違っている場合や注文後にリンクを変更した場合、注文はサーバー上で破損します。この注文は自動的に完了またはキャンセル状態に設定されますが、請求額はアカウントに戻されない場合があります。これらの注文は追跡できませんので、注文前にリンクを確認し、注文が完了するまで変更しないようにしてください。これはTelegramオートビューのような長時間配信される注文にも適用されます。
特定のリンクに対して似たようなサービスから複数の注文を同時に行った場合、注文が自動的にキャンセルまたは完了することがあります。この場合、請求金額は残高に戻されない場合があり、これらの注文は追跡できません。特定のリンクのために同じサービスから複数のアクティブな注文を行わないようにしてください。最初の注文が完了した後に次の注文を行ってください。
速度が遅い、または開始時間の遅延による注文のキャンセルリクエストは、遅延がサービス説明や情報チャンネルで通知されていない場合のみ有効です。
注文時に間違いを犯した場合（例えば、間違ったリンクを入力する、間違ったサービスを選択するなど）、注文をキャンセルすることはできません。
すべてのキャンセルまたは返金リクエストには、完全なドキュメンテーションが必要です。ドキュメントを提出しない限り、申請をレビューすることはできません。

各サービスには推定のドロップ率があります。低いドロップは5〜20%、中程度のドロップは20〜50%、過剰なドロップは5〜100%です。しかし、これらはあくまで推定であり、あなたのチャンネルやアカウント、ソーシャルネットワークの状態やその他の要因によって変動する可能性があります。ドロップに関する情報は、サービスの過去のパフォーマンスに基づいた推定に過ぎず、この推定の正確性についてはウェブサイトは責任を負いません。

If you place an order for a prohibited topics (explained on general provisions of user agreement), your order status might be changed to completed but your order will be rejected on the platform and the service fee will be deducted from your account balance. Note that this order cannot be tracked or refunded.

All the information in the description of the service (Start time, Speed & etc) is an estimate. It may change or have fluctuations at the time of placing your order due to unforeseen circumstances and limitations of that social media network.



Terms of Payments


These payment "Terms & Conditions" apply to your use of Cryptocurrencies as your selected payment method. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using Crypto gateways as your method of payment, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions contained in 7Panel Website Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and 7Panel Website Terms of Use, with respect to Crypto transactions, 7Panel Platform Terms & Conditions apply. If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, do not select the specified gateway or network as your payment method.

The Crypto Payment methods on the 7Panel platform includes two approaches as described below:

a. Crypto payment gateways

b. Crypto manual payments

a. In the manual method, before payment, check that the desired payment method is still active on the website and is available in the list of portals and payment networks in the add fund section.
b. After a successful manual payment, you should send payment information through ticket on the 7panel platform. After that we track the validity of the transaction and then your balance will be charged accordingly.

In the add fund section of the 7panel platform, there is a minimum and maximum recharging amount for each payment method. Before making the transaction, make sure to pay within the specified range, otherwise, 7panel will not be responsible for any disruption in charging the balance.

It is possible to return funds from the 7panel account balance to the user's account only in the following cases:
a. If the order delivery takes more than seven days from the time announced in the description of each service, the user has the right to request the return of the remaining balance of his/her account (Note that checking this issue requires that the user send the complete documentation, and this review takes approximately one to two weeks). Also, consider that the updated announcement on the website and 7panel Telegram channel is part of the service description and precedes it.
b. If your account has been dormant or inactive for more than four months, you can send a balance refund request before the account expires.
d. Make a precision in choosing the payment amount. If it is transferred with the wrong amount, it is not possible to refund the payment.



User Agreements

a. Contractual Relationship
These Terms constitute a legal agreement and create a binding contract between you and 7panel Operators.
b. Supplementary Terms
Due to the rapid development of Social Media Platforms and 7panel , these Terms between you and 7panel Operators do not enumerate or cover all rights and obligations of each party, and do not guarantee full alignment with needs arising from future development. Therefore, THE PRIVACY POLICY, 7panel PLATFORM RULES, AND ALL OTHER AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO SEPARATELY BETWEEN YOU AND 7panel ARE DEEMED SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS THAT ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THESE TERMS AND SHALL HAVE THE SAME LEGAL EFFECT. YOUR USE OF 7panel SERVICES IS DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS.
c. Changes to These Terms
7panel reserves the right to change or modify these Terms in its discretion at any time. 7panel will notify such changes by updating the terms on its website () and modifying the [Last revised] date displayed on this page. ANY AND ALL MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON PUBLICATION ON THE WEBSITE OR RELEASE TO USERS. THEREFORE, YOUR CONTINUED USE OF 7panel SERVICES IS DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT AND RULES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST STOP USING 7panel SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. YOU ARE RECOMMENDED TO FREQUENTLY REVIEW THESE TERMS TO ENSURE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF 7panel SERVICES.
d. Prohibition of Use
BY ACCESSING AND USING 7panel SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN ANY FORMS OF CRIME INVOLVE SUCH AS VIOLENCE, SEX, DISCRIMINATION, UNDECLARED WORK, BURGLARY, CYBERCRIMES, YOUTH CRIMES, HUMAN SMUGGLING AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING, DRUGS , WEAPONS, HUMAN TRAFFICKING، ILLEGAL POSESSION OF FIREARMS, CANNABIS CULTIVATION, FRAUD, REAL ESTATE CRIMES, BENEFIT FRAUD, ILLEGAL WORKERS, UNDECLARED WORKERS, CRIMES AT TRAVELLERS’ SITES, THEFT AND ANY BEHAVIOUR AND ACT, ACTIVITY OR EVENT THAT IS PUNISHABLE BY LAW. 7Panel RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE MARKETS AND JURISDICTIONS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS, AND MAY RESTRICT OR REFUSE, IN ITS DISCRETION, THE PROVISION OF 7panel SERVICES IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES OR REGIONS.

a. Observance of politeness and mutual respect in tickets and phone calls
7panel believes in being ethical and showing respect to its customers. 7panel employees are obliged to observe courtesy and respect in dealing with customers; in the event that there is a violation or poor treatment by 7panel employees, we request that the subscribers notify the management and team of such cases in order to help 7panel in respecting the rights of customers and being ethical.
Also, all customers are obliged to be polite and respectful even when their service has problems or disruptions for any reason. Users should act with mutual respect in writing support tickets and on phone calls, and under no circumstances should they behave out of respect or politeness.
IN CASE OF ANY DISRESPECT OR OBSCENITY ON THE PART OF THE USERS, THE USER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCKED, AND 7panel WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND ALL THE SERVICES OF THAT USER.
b. Force majeure and unforeseen events
7panel is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations during emergencies and force majeure such as natural disasters, war, riots, social chaos, explosions, strikes, government restrictions, and embargoes.
However, in the event of such cases, 7panel will try its best to reduce the effects of these cases. The occurrence of any emergency will not cause the users to violate the terms of service. Sanctions and the impossibility of currency exchange will be emergency cases as well..
